DBPR records 160 units for Rapallo One at 23750 Old Lighthouse Rd, Bonita Springs. That makes it the 8th-largest of the 251 registered condominiums with 20 or more units in Bonita Springs.

Its condominium declaration was recorded on January 31, 2005, according to DBPR. About 75% of Bonita Springs's registered condominiums with 20+ units were recorded in an earlier year. A recorded date marks when the building became a condominium, which is not necessarily when it was built.
