DBPR records 58 units for Seaside at 19100 Fisher Island Drive, Fisher Island. That makes it the 2nd-largest of the 15 registered condominiums with 20 or more units in Fisher Island.

Its condominium declaration was recorded on July 3, 1989, according to DBPR. About 27% of Fisher Island's registered condominiums with 20+ units were recorded in an earlier year. A recorded date marks when the building became a condominium, which is not necessarily when it was built.
