MA64671) as the managing entity for Turnberry on the Green Condo, DBPR project no. PR69720. The state's spelling is "TURNBERRY ON THE GREEN CONDO ASSN INC".

DBPR records 377 units for Turnberry on the Green Condo at 19501 West Country Club Drive, Aventura. That makes it the 3rd-largest of the 55 registered condominiums with 20 or more units in Aventura.

Its condominium declaration was recorded on March 24, 2004, according to DBPR. About 53% of Aventura's registered condominiums with 20+ units were recorded in an earlier year. A recorded date marks when the building became a condominium, which is not necessarily when it was built.
