DBPR records 144 units for Harbor Towers at the Waterways at Yacht Club Drive, Aventura. That makes it the 38th-largest of the 55 registered condominiums with 20 or more units in Aventura.

Its condominium declaration was recorded on February 9, 1993, according to DBPR. About 20% of Aventura's registered condominiums with 20+ units were recorded in an earlier year. A recorded date marks when the building became a condominium, which is not necessarily when it was built.
