Miami has four automotive branded residences in our directory: Porsche Design Tower and Bentley Residences in Sunny Isles Beach, both Dezer Development towers that lift cars to the residences; Aston Martin Residences on the Miami River, opened in 2024; and Mercedes-Benz Places in Brickell, which its developer lists as under construction.

That is the short answer. The longer one is that the four share a category name and very little else. Two are built around a car elevator, one around a river-mouth site and a marina, and one is a mixed-use tower with a hotel and offices. This comparison uses our building records, the Florida condominium records we hold, and the official brand and developer pages cited with this post, read on October 22, 2026. All four towers are grouped with Miami's other branded buildings at /branded-residences.

The four towers side by side

Porsche Design Tower stands at 18555 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach. Porsche Design's March 2018 opening release describes a 60-story tower with 132 units, and our directory records it as completed in 2017, designed by Sieger Suarez for Dezer Development. Its profile is at /buildings/porsche-design-tower.

Bentley Residences is going up a short way south on the same road, at 18401 Collins Avenue. Bentley's February 2024 groundbreaking release describes 216 residences, designed by Sieger Suarez Architects with Bentley Motors and developed with Dezer. Its profile is at /buildings/bentley-residences-miami.

Aston Martin Residences is at 300 Biscayne Boulevard Way in downtown Miami, where the river meets the bay. Aston Martin's April 2024 release marks the opening of a 66-storey tower with 391 condominiums, delivered with G&G Business Developments and designed by architect Rodolfo Miani of BMA together with the carmaker's own design team. Its profile is at /buildings/aston-martin-residences.

Mercedes-Benz Places Miami is at 1133 SW 2nd Avenue in Brickell. JDS Development Group's project page, updated August 6, 2026, lists 67 stories, SHoP Architects with ODP as executive architect, residential interiors by Woods Bagot and a status of under construction with active sales. Its profile is at /buildings/mercedes-benz-places-miami.

Two marques, one developer: the Sunny Isles pair

Porsche and Bentley are not two competing ideas. They are the same developer's idea built twice. Dezer Development lists Porsche Design Tower among its completed projects and Bentley Residences as a current one, and both are drawn by Sieger Suarez on the same stretch of Collins Avenue. Our dedicated guides cover each in depth at /blog/porsche-design-tower-guide and /blog/bentley-residences-miami-guide, so this section only sets them against each other.

The practical difference is time. Porsche Design Tower has been occupied since our directory's 2017 completion date, so it has an operating association, a budget history and minutes a buyer can read. Bentley has none of that yet. Bentley's 2024 release expected completion at the end of 2027, while our directory now records 2028, which is exactly why the delivery clause in the purchase agreement matters more than any announced date.

How each one handles the car

Only two of the four put the car beside the living room. Porsche Design's release describes a patented automobile elevator lift that carries residents and their vehicles up to their homes, a four-story penthouse with space for up to 11 vehicles, and a car concierge for maintenance and washing. Bentley's 2024 release describes four car lifts, the Dezervator, and three- and four-car sky garages for each residence.

Aston Martin Residences takes a different line. Its opening release emphasizes design, with common areas developed at Aston Martin's studio in Gaydon, and a superyacht marina that gives residents direct access to the water, rather than a vehicle lift. Mercedes-Benz Places describes a porte-cochère at the lobby and mobility solutions in its living concept, and does not describe in-residence garages. If parking is the reason you are looking at this category, the field narrows to the Dezer towers quickly.

What the license language says

None of the four carmakers developed the building alone, and the paperwork says so. Aston Martin's legal page is the clearest: Aston Martin and its affiliates have no ownership interest in the condominium and did not take part in its development or sale, the developer and G&G hold limited trademark licenses, and all use of the marks ends if those licenses expire or are terminated. Porsche Design's 2018 release describes Dezer Signature Brands, part of Dezer Development, as holding a master licensing agreement with Porsche Design.

For Bentley and Mercedes-Benz, the pages we read describe collaborations without setting out license terms. That is not a red flag. It means the term, renewal and termination provisions have to come from the offering documents. Our cross-brand reading of these disclosures is at /blog/miami-branded-residences-by-brand-license-services-developer.

Where the published records disagree

Comparisons like this one are only as good as the record behind each figure, and here the records do not always match. Bentley's 2024 release says 62 stories, its August 2022 release said 61 storeys and 749 feet, and our directory records 63 stories. Aston Martin's release counts 391 condominiums, while the Florida condominium record we hold for 300 Biscayne Boulevard Way Condo lists 393 units, recorded March 19, 2024. Mercedes-Benz Places gives a total unit figure across a building that also contains a hotel, so we do not publish a residential count for it.

None of these gaps is evidence of anything wrong. They come from different dates and different ways of counting. They are a reason to take the number that matters to you from the declaration of condominium or the current offering, not from a press release or from us.

Questions buyers ask about automotive branded residences in Miami

Which car brands have condo towers in Miami?

Four in our directory: Porsche Design Tower and Bentley Residences on Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach, Aston Martin Residences at 300 Biscayne Boulevard Way in downtown Miami, and Mercedes-Benz Places Miami at 1133 SW 2nd Avenue in Brickell. Porsche and Aston Martin are completed; Bentley and Mercedes-Benz are described by their developers as current or under construction.

Which Miami automotive residences let you take your car up to your unit?

Porsche Design Tower and Bentley Residences, both by Dezer Development. Porsche Design's 2018 release describes a patented automobile elevator lift to the residences, and Bentley's 2024 release describes four car lifts and three- and four-car sky garages for each residence. The Aston Martin and Mercedes-Benz pages we read describe no in-residence garages.

Does Aston Martin own or run Aston Martin Residences?

No. The building's legal page says Aston Martin has no ownership interest and did not take part in its development or sale, that the developer and G&G Business Developments use the marks under limited licenses, and that all use of the marks ends if the licenses expire or are terminated.

Is Mercedes-Benz Places Miami finished?

Not as of JDS Development Group's project page updated August 6, 2026, which lists the 67-story Brickell tower as under construction with active sales. Ask what the purchase agreement says about completion dates, extensions and remedies before relying on any delivery estimate.

What should I check first at an automotive branded residence?

The brand license terms, the vehicle-access rights assigned to the specific unit, and who maintains any car lift and how outages are handled. Then read the association budget and reserves, as you would for any Miami condo.

Checking a specific residence

Start with the building profile, then go to the documents. Bentley is the only one of the four with published floor plans on our site, at /buildings/bentley-residences-miami/floor-plans, and the full plan library is at /condo-floor-plans. For the two completed towers, the association records to request are listed at /condo-associations; the Aston Martin legal page gives the condominium's legal name as 300 Biscayne Boulevard Way Condominium, and our state record lists Porsche Design Tower as 18555 Collins Avenue Condo. Those are the names to search in official records. Area context is at /neighborhoods/sunny-isles-beach, /neighborhoods/downtown-miami and /neighborhoods/brickell.
